IF YOU BELIEVE THAT ALL LIFE IS SACRED... THAT MEN DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO PERSECUTE, OUTLAW/PROHIBIT, MUTATE, ERADICATE, OWN BY GMO PATENTS, PLANTS, OR THAT WHICH IS NATURAL, LIFE, DNA... AND THAT ALL LIFE IS SACRAMENTAL WITH-IN YOUR FAITH/CORE BELIEFS.

Religious persecution is systematic mistreatment of a religious group with the intention of forcing them to abandon their religion. In a secular state, claims of religious persecution are effectively a demand of the fulfillment of Freedom of religion and Religious pluralism. In a non-secular state, they are laments about the intolerance of the state religion and the demand for Religious toleration or disestablishment.

Often it is the alleged persecution of individuals within a group in the attempt to maintain their religious identity, or the exercise of power by an individual or organization that causes members of a religious group to suffer. Persecution in this case may refer to purportedly unwarranted arrest, purportedly false imprisonment, beatings, torture, purportedly unjustified execution, denial of benefits, and denial of purported civil rights and liberties and especially other acts of violence, such as war, torture, and ethnic cleansing [citation needed]. It also may refer to the confiscation or destruction of property, or incitement to hate among other things.

WE SEEK AN END TO THE VIOLATIONS OF OUR NATURAL FREEDOMS, NATURAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, AND OUR RELIGIOUS PERSECUTION.

COURT CASE:IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA IN THE CASE OF UNIVERSAL LIFE CHURCH, INC., PLAINTIFF VS. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEFENDANT CIVIL NO. S-164 ORDER.

JUDGE BATTEN SAYS IN HIS ORDER "NEITHER THIS COURT NOR ANY BRANCH OF THIS GOVERNMENT WILL CONSIDER THE MERITS OR FALLACIES OF A RELIGION. NOR WILL THE COURT COMPARE THE BELIEFS, DOGMAS, AND PRACTICES OF A NEWLY ORGANIZED RELIGION WITH THOSE OF AN OLDER, MORE ESTABLISHED RELIGIONS. NOR WILL THE COURT PRAISE OR CONDEMN A RELIGION, HOWEVER EXCELLENT OR FANATICAL OR PREPOSTEROUS IT MAY SEEM. WERE THE COURT TO DO SO, IT WOULD IMPINGE UPON THE GUARANTEES OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT"

WHAT DOES THE FIRST AMENDMENT SAY ?

CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW RESPECTING AN ESTABLISHMENT OF RELIGION, OR PROHIBITING THE FREE EXERCISE THERE OF; OR ABRIDGING THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH, OR OF THE PRESS, OR OF THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE PEACEABLY TO ASSEMBLE AND TO PETITION THE GOVERNMENT FOR REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES."

NOW WE ARE PETITIONING THE PEOPLE THAT IT IS TIME TO PROTECT OUR FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS.

WE HAVE COME TOGETHER TO ENTER AS ONE, INTO THE "WEB OF LIFE" RELIGION AND THE CHURCH, "DIVERSE SANCTUARY"

NATURE, THE GARDEN, THE EARTH, THE WATERS, AND THE HEAVENS ARE IT'S CATHEDRAL. FOR IT IS ONLY THERE WE FIND THE TRULY DIVINE/SUPREME FORCE OF NATURE.

WE RECOGNIZE WE ARE ALL BUT ONE PART OF THE "WEB OF LIFE" BIOLOGY/SCIENCE.

WE HAVE COME TO UNITE THE DIVERSE (MANY DIFFERENT)

BY BRINGING TOGETHER ALL "HUMANS", OF ALL BELIEFS, FAITHS, RELIGIONS, DENOMINATIONS, RACES, CREEDS... TOGETHER UNITED BY AND IN THE "WEB OF LIFE" SCIENCE AND OUR COMMON BELIEF...

THAT SAYS, ONE LIFE FORM IS INTERDEPENDENT UPON THE NEXT, IN BIOLOGY...

CALL IT NATURE, CALL IT TIME, CALL IT EVOLUTION, CALL IT "GOD"

NAME IS NOT IMPORTANT... WE CARE NOT HOW ONE RECOGNIZES THE DIVINE/SUPREME FORCE OF NATURE. ONLY THAT IT IS RECOGNIZED, GLORIFIED, HONORED, UTILIZED WITH GREAT THOUGHT AND REVERENCE, GUARDED, PROTECTED...

FOR IT IS ALL THAT IS TRULY HOLY/OF NATURAL DESIGN.

IT IS BIGGER THAN ALL OF US AND RUNS THROUGH OUT ALL THINGS THAT HAVE COME FROM IT AND ALL THAT IS TO COME... IT EXTENDS BEYOND THE UNIVERSE AND WOULD NEVER FIT INTO A BUILDING OR BUILDINGS.

IT IS THE COMMON THREAD THAT RUN THROUGH OUT ALL DOGMA, AND THROUGH OUT THE SOURCE IT IS WRITTEN IN AND UPON... NO MATTER THE CHOSEN INDIVIDUAL FORM OF EXPRESSION.

IT DOES NOT BELONG TO US, BUT WE BELONG TO IT !

ALL PATHS ARE SACRED/NATURAL HUMAN RIGHT, FOR ALL BEGIN FROM AND RETURN TO THE SAME CREATION AND END.

EVEN MANY OF OUR FOUNDING FATHERS BELIEVED IN THE "WEB OF LIFE", IN THE FORM OF DEISM.

TO QUOTE JUST ONE OF THEM, THOMAS PAINE :

WE ALL AGREE ON THIS DECLARATION AS WELL ...

Five members of the David Suzuki Foundation team wrote the following Declaration of Interdependence in 1992 for the United Nations' Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro. In 2001, Finnish composer Pehr Henrik Nordgren wrote his Symphony no. 6 "Interdependence" based on the declaration, which also served as lyrics to the piece. It was performed for the first time in Sendai, Japan in December, 2001.

*This We Know We are the earth, through the plants and animals that nourish us.

*We are the rains and the oceans that flow through our veins.

*We are the breath of the forests of the land, and the plants of the sea.

*We are human animals, related to all other life as descendants of the firstborn cell.

*We share with these kin a common history, written in our genes.

*We share a common present, filled with uncertainty. And we share a common future, as yet untold.

*We humans are but one of thirty million species weaving the thin layer of life enveloping the world.

*The stability of communities of living things depends upon this diversity. Linked in that web, we are interconnected -- using, cleansing, sharing and replenishing the fundamental elements of life.

*Our home, planet Earth, is finite; all life shares its resources and the energy from the sun, and therefore has limits to growth. For the first time, we have touched those limits.

*When we compromise the air, the water, the soil and the variety of life, we steal from the endless future to serve the fleeting present.

*This We Believe Humans have become so numerous and our tools so powerful that we have driven fellow creatures to extinction, dammed the great rivers, torn down ancient forests, poisoned the earth, rain and wind, and ripped holes in the sky.

*Our science has brought pain as well as joy; our comfort is paid for by the suffering of millions. We are learning from our mistakes, we are mourning our vanished kin, and we now build a new politics of hope.

*We respect and uphold the absolute need for clean air, water and soil. We see that economic activities that benefit the few while shrinking the inheritance of many are wrong. And since environmental degradation erodes biological capital forever, full ecological and social cost must enter all equations of development.

*We are one brief generation in the long march of time; the future is not ours to erase. So where knowledge is limited, we will remember all those who will walk after us, and err on the side of caution.

*This We Resolve All this that we know and believe must now become the foundation of the way we live. At this turning point in our relationship with Earth, we work for an evolution: from dominance to partnership; from fragmentation to connection; from insecurity, to interdependence.

AS A PART OF OUR RELIGION TO TAKE ON THIS RESPONSIBILITY IN OUR COMMUNITIES TO HONOR TO ALL THAT IS HOLY/OF NATURAL DESIGN OR DIVINE/SUPREME FORCE OF NATURE ~ WHICH IS ALL THAT IS NATURAL.

WE RECOGNIZE AND WILL LEAD, GUIDE, DIRECT, TEACH THE WISDOM FROM OUR DIVERSE ELDERS, WHO ACKNOWLEDGE THE SCIENCE OF THE "WEB OF LIFE" IN MANY WAYS WITH-IN THEIR CONCEPT OF THEIR CHOSEN RELIGION.

WE COME TOGETHER WITH THE UNDERSTANDING AND KNOWLEDGE THAT ALL CREATIONS ARE SACRED/HAVE NATURAL RIGHTS WITH-IN THE "WEB OF LIFE".

WE HOLD AND RECOGNIZE ALL THAT IS NATURAL AND PROVIDES US WITH IT'S HEALING NOURISHING PROPERTIES, WHICH IS LIFE, AS OUR HOLY/OF NATURAL DESIGN SACRAMENT/NATURAL HUMAN RIGHTS... WHICH BRINGS US IN COMMUNION WITH ALL THAT IS NATURE, AND SHOULD BE UTILIZED WITH REVERENCE, WHILE CHERISHED, GUARDED, AND PROTECTED, AS IT IS A PART OF THE WEB.

WE RECOGNIZE THAT THOUGH WE ARE DIVERSE AND MANY, WE ARE HERE TO CO-EXIST WITH-IN THE "WEB OF LIFE" WHERE OUR KNOWLEDGE IS LIMITED... IT IS VAST, AND HAS A WISDOM WE HAVE YET TO TOTALLY UNDERSTAND.

WE SEE THIS ESTABLISHMENT OF A CHURCH DOCTRINE, NOT AS WE ARE BUILDING A FOUNDATION OF A NEW... ONLY AS THE RESTORATION OF ALL THAT IS OLDER THAN WE CAN EVEN KNOW.

AS IT IS THE GREAT DESIGN WE FIND WITH-IN A SIMPLE ROCK THE OMNIPOTENT THAT IS DIVINE/SUPREME NATURAL FORCE AND TIMELESS, THAT WE BUILD UPON.

WE ARE ALL KINSMEN, AND SO WE SHALL REFLECT, AS WE HOLD OURSELVES ACCOUNTABLE. AS WE ARE RESPONSIBLE PARTICIPANTS, AND ACT AS HONEST WITNESSES/OBSERVERS TO ALL THAT IS NATURAL, AS IT UNFOLDS. AS LEADERS, TEACHERS, CLERGY, PRESS... DIVERSE ADMINISTRATIONS UNITED AS ONE.

WE ARE HERE TO RECOGNIZE AND TO FULFILL THE DUTY OF NATURAL ORDINATION OF ALL THOSE CALLED INTO PERFORMANCE OF DUTY THROUGH RESPONSIBILITY OF SERVICE, GLORIFYING, HEALING, RESTORING, GUARDING, PROTECTING, THE "WEB OF LIFE" THROUGH THE LEADERSHIP, TEACHING, DIVERSE ADMINISTRATIONS, TITLES OF DIVERSE DENOMINATIONS, NON- DENOMINATION OF MINISTRY AND AUTHORITY, TO INCREASE UNDERSTANDING, AWARENESS, TO INSURE THE CONTINUATION OF A HEALTHY, RIGHTEOUS CO-EXISTENCE WITH-IN THE "WEB OF LIFE", AND TO PERFORM DUTIES OF THE CLERGY ACCORDING TO THEIR CALLING.

WE BELIEVE ONLY IN THAT WHICH IS RIGHT.

RIGHTEOUS, AS IN IT DOES NOT BRING HARM TO THE "WEB OF LIFE" OR INTERFERE WITH THE SACRED/NATURAL RIGHTS OF ANOTHER WITH-IN THE WEB.

WE RECOGNIZE AND PROMOTE A NATURAL ORDER TO ALL THINGS WITH- IN THE "WEB OF LIFE"

AS FAR AS WE ARE CONCERNED AS HUMANS

THESE SACRAMENTS/NATURAL RIGHTS COME WITH-IN THE NATURAL ORDER

FREEDOM ~ EVERY NATURAL LIVING THING ON THE EARTH FIGHTS FOR IT'S FREEDOM, TO BE FREE TO GROW, FREE TO CHOSE, FREE TO SHAPE IT'S OWN LIFE, FREE TO MOVE AROUND, FREE TO FULFILL IT'S DESTINY, FREE TO PROSPER, FREE TO LIVE... IN THE NATURAL ORDER OF THINGS, IF EVOLUTION REMOVES ONE OF THOSE BUILDING BLOCKS WITH-IN THE "WEB OF LIFE" IT IS NATURE IT'S SELF, WHO WE KNOW IS WISER THAN WE.

IT IS NOT UP TO US TO INTERFERE WITH NATURAL FREEDOMS, OR TO MUTATE, TO CAUSE ANY HARM TO ANOTHER LIFE, WITH-IN THE "WEB OF LIFE", ALTHOUGH AN INDIVIDUAL HAS THE SACRAMENTAL/NATURAL RIGHT TO DEFEND THEIR OWN OR NOT.

FOOD/MEDICINE ~ WITH OUT NATURAL FOOD/MEDICINE THERE CAN BE NO FREEDOM, ONLY A DESPERATE FIGHT FOR SURVIVAL. THUS, NATURAL FOOD/MEDICINE IS A FOUNDATION OF FREEDOM. IT IS ONLY NATURAL TO UTILIZE ALL THAT NATURE PROVIDES US FOR OUR HEALTH AND PROSPERITY. A KEY TO PROSPERITY AND HAPPINESS FOR ALL...

SEXUALITY ~ IT IS NATURAL. IT SUPPLIES MANY FORMS OF LIFE WITH-IN THE "WEB OF LIFE" SUPPORTING THE ENTIRE WEB. WE RECOGNIZE SEXUALITY AS A POSITIVE FORCE IN OUR LIVES. TO DENY IT, IS TO DENY LIFE. WE BELIEVE IN FREEDOM. WITH FREEDOM ALSO COMES RESPONSIBILITY. AS IN EVERYTHING, CONSIDER THE WHOLE, AND HARM NONE.

HOME ~ HOME IS A PLACE OF PEACE, JOY, AND HAPPINESS. WHERE WE ARE FREE TO THINK OR DO WHATEVER WE WANT INSIDE/HARM NONE (EXCEPT IN HIS RIGHT TO CHOOSE DEFENSE OF HIS OWN). IT IS A CASTLE. NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO INVADE AN INDIVIDUALS HOME NEITHER GOVERNMENTS NOR RELIGIONS.

FAMILY ~ WE ARE ALL RELATED THROUGH NATURE, THROUGH THE SCIENCE OF THE "WEB OF LIFE", INTERCONNECTED, INTERDEPENDENT, ONE LIFE UPON THE NEXT LIFE... IT IS BIOLOGY. THEREFORE, TO INJURE ONE IS TO INJURE ALL. ALL SHALL BE RESPECTED, CHERISHED, HONORED, GUARDED, PROTECTED.

BECAUSE OF THE "WEB OF LIFE" SCIENCE WE ARE UNITED AS ONE IN NATURE.

REGARDLESS OF ANY RELIGION OR DOGMA WE'VE BEEN TAUGHT OR CHOOSE TO BELIEVE... THIS WE BELIEVE...

THAT ALL RELIGION... STEMS FROM MAN'S DESIRE TO CONNECT WITH ALL THAT IS DIVINE/SUPREME FORCE OF NATURE...

ALL ARE ONE WITH-IN THE "WEB OF LIFE" RELIGION, JOINED BY THE SCIENCE

I, AS A RESPONSIBLE, ADULT HUMAN BEING, WILL NEVER CONCEDE THE POWER, TO ANYONE, TO REGULATE MY CHOICE OF WHAT I PUT INTO MY BODY, OR WHERE I GO IN MY MIND ! FROM THE SKIN INWARD IS MY JURISDICTION, IS IT NOT ?

I CHOOSE WHAT MAY OR MAY NOT CROSS THE BOARDERS OF MY BODY, OF MY OWN SKIN. HERE I AM THE CUSTOMS AGENT ! I AM THE COAST GUARD ! I AM THE SOLE LEGAL AND SPIRITUAL GOVERNMENT OF THIS TERRITORY, AND ONLY THE LAWS THAT I CHOOSE TO ENACT WITHIN MYSELF ARE APPLICABLE !!!

NOW WERE I TO BE GUILTY OF INVADING OR SABOTAGING THAT SAME TERRITORY IN OTHERS, THEN THE EXTERNAL LAW OF THE NATION HAS EVERY RIGHT-INDEED, THE RESPONSIBILITY- TO PROSECUTE ME IN THE AGREED-UPON MANNER.

BUT WHAT I THINK ? WHERE I CHOOSE TO FOCUS MY AWARENESS ? WHAT BIOCHEMICAL REACTIONS I CHOOSE TO CAUSE WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL BOUNDARIES OF MY OWN SKIN ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THE BELIEFS, MORALS, LAWS, OR PREFERENCES OF ANY OTHER PERSON !

I AM A SOVEREIGN STATE, AND I FEEL THAT MY BOARDERS ARE FAR MORE SACRED THAN THE POLITICALLY DRAWN BOUNDARIES OF ANY COUNTRY !

OUR GOAL ~ TO UNITE ALL, PROMOTE AWARENESS, EDUCATION, CHARITY/LOVE, HEALING, PROSPERITY, RESTORATION, TOLERANCE, UNDERSTANDING, PROTECTION, A HEALTHY, RIGHTEOUS, PEACEFUL CO-EXISTENCE WITH ALL THAT IS IN NATURE ~ THE "WEB OF LIFE"
